Each project is different, and the prices usually are too. However, DIVERBITY always offers a special rate customised to the project, and completes every job with the same care and attention, regardless of its size. We are happy to provide you with a customised quote for you on request!
We can only offer a serious, binding price after seeing the document to be translated. However, for your information, an overview of the most important criteria for determining prices is available below.
PRICES FOR TRANSLATIONS
are calculated either per work or per standard line at DIVERBITY. In Austria, a standard line is considered to be a line with 55 characters (including blank spaces).
DIVERBITY calculates based on the source text, so we know right from the start exactly what costs you can expect, and the translator also knows beforehand how much he/she will earn from providing the service. Other important factors which also influence the price calculation are size, degree of difficulty, language combination and deadline of the text.
PRICES FOR PROOFREADING
This is calculated based on a page price or hourly rate.
PRICES FOR LOCALISATION
This is calculated based on an hourly rate.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
At DIVERBITY, you don’t generally pay a minimum price. However, if this should be unavoidable in exceptional cases, the price is agreed with you before work is commenced.
The express surcharge is generally between 25% and 50% and applies for documents which are over 2500 words and which need to be translated within 24 hours, for highly specialised texts or for contracts requiring weekend, holiday or night-time work.
